Suppose if i want to make a water reducible polyester using trimelletic anhydride by functional acid groups to nuetralize and form salt which will allow water dilutability, and i want want the final acid value to be 60mg KOH/ g sample, how will you calculate the amout of TMA required??
I am going to carry out reaction in two steps.
1) Making polyester polyol with excess polyol and diacid
